the staff was helpful and polite. breakfast provided a vast choice of selections. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and fresh linen. it was easy to check in and out.
the swimming pool was not bigger than a bathroom tub. this made it difficult to fully enjoy a swim. i would have preferred a larger pool for a more relaxing experience.

the hotel is close to tram lines, easy to access major sights. there is also a restaurant on the upper floor. it had a good view. there were also saunas.

The room was smaller than expected. I felt a bit claustrophobic. also, the breakfast setup was odd. there was someone cooking omelets, nice, but you had to wait an age for them, especially annoying when you just want a quick bite. the variety was limited if you stayed more than a few days, i noticed.

breakfast displayed quite a varied and delicious selection, much appreciated. i found the room quite spacious, equipped with a safe and a well-stocked fridge. the hotel's location proved very convenient, as it was near several must-see attractions. drinking water in the room was replenished daily, that's a plus.
there was a slight language barrier with some reception staff.
